7.000 per month. The room is 9m2, and the apartment is 100m2. You can have your address here. It's comes with the bed and any paintings you want -- but not the hippie stuff. That's Emma's:)

You get: (1) Butch, the best dog ever, (2) me, artsy and professional and working from home, and (3) an incredible private penthouse apartment with amazing 10th-floor views over nature, just one train stop from the center of Copenhagen (or five metro stops). And two train stop from the airport:) Three stops from Sweden:)

The apartment is next to Royal Arena in Ørestad.
